Effective July 1st, 2006 Ginger will no longer be accepting new orders for the OLD version of Oil Rubbed Bronze (10B/OLD). Q. What does the new 10B (Oil Rubbed Bronze) look like? A. See pictures below Q. What collection does this effect? A. Chelsea, Circa, Circe, and Empire Q. Can I still purchase an item in the OLD 10B finish? A. If you have a customer with existing items in the OLD 10B finish, please contact Ginger Customer Care Department at 800-842-4872. They will check stock to determine if we have any inventory remaining. Orders for the OLD 10B finish should be purchased using Part#-10B/OLD, ex 1111-10B/OLD. Q. When will my display board be updated? A. Ginger Sales Representatives have submitted a listing of items on each display board in their territory. Ginger will be shipping new 10B items in August 2006 to the Ginger Sales Representative's attention. The Sales Representative will be notified once the product has shipped and they will come in to change the product out. Change out should start to occur end of September/early October 2006. Q. What is the list price of the new 10B? A. See April 2006 price book. Q. When will inventory on the new 10B be available? A. New 10B product will begin to be available September/early October 2006.
